Hogsmith Games has adopted this privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") to explain how Hogsmith Games stores, and uses the information collected in connection with our products, services and websites. In this policy we may also refer to Hogsmith Games as "We" or "Us".

Personal Information

We do not collect any personal information about the users of our apps.

We do not knowingly contact or collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can promptly remove the information.

Links Within Apps

Some apps have external links such as to our website or to the App Store/Google Play you purchased from to allow you to find out more about our company, our products and services. These links are only available on the title screen (which can be removed and require a 3 second hold to get into in most apps) and/or in the “Parents”/”About” sections (which require a 3 second hold to get into in most apps).

In-App Purchases

Some of our free apps may contain in-app purchases. Apps with In-App purchases are stated in the description.

Third Party, Services, Ads and Analytics

Ad companies may use and collect anonymous data about your interests to customize content and advertising here and in other sites and applications. Interest and location data may be linked to your device, but is not linked to your identity.

Analytics companies may access anonymous data (such as your IP address or device ID) to help us understand how our services are used. They use this data solely on our behalf. They do not share it except in aggregate form; no data is shared as to any individual user.

Advertising

We show third party advertisements from ad partners Admob, Chartboost, Unity Ads, AdColony and Vungle. For the Apps that are directed to children and/or mixed audience but the users users that did not pass the age gate, we show ads with COPPA settings for the US territory enabled, meaning that the Advertising Providers are obligated to comply with COPPA restrictions as stated herein.

We reserve the right, at any time, to add to, change, update, or modify this Policy, simply by posting such change, update, or modification on the Site and without any other notice to you. Any such change, update, or modification will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. It is your responsibility to review this Policy from time to time to ensure that you continue to agree with all of its terms.
